This applies to selected holiday homes and is available for purchases completed and paid in full by the agreed completion date, and when the Guaranteed Letting Agreement has been agreed. The offer covers standard site fees for the 2026 and 2027 season only and does not include any additional running costs such as utilities, insurance or local authority charges.
